All orders are roast-to-order and hand packed. Our value comes from being able to provide the freshest coffee available on the internet.

The coffee is shipped the same day it is roasted on whole bean coffee, and shipped the day after roasting on ground coffee.

Because of this, the coffee orders will take 1-5 business days before our roasters are ready to ship them. Once shipped, it can take an additional 1-5 business days depending on the shipping location via standard ground shipping by USPS. All orders come with tracking information that we update your order with.

Returns

  • Reccomended Brewing Method(s).

For this coffee we reccomend using a pour over brewer. This method will create a clean cup that highlights the nuanced flavors of this coffee. Our go to pour over brewer is the Hario V60.

  • Quick Tips

    1. Use the "Golden Ratio" or 1 gram of coffee to 15-18 grams of water.

    2. Buy whole bean and grind to a consistency slightly finer than sea salt to bring out the nuanced flavors.

    3. Don't forget the water tempature! For the best extraction your water should be 195-205 degrees F. To extract the nuanced flavors of our light roast coffee we reccomend being on the higher end of that range. You can use a kettle like this one or bring your water off the boil for a few minutes.
