Shipping
All orders are roast-to-order and hand packed. Our value comes from being able to provide the freshest coffee available on the internet.
The coffee is shipped the same day it is roasted on whole bean coffee, and shipped the day after roasting on ground coffee.
Because of this, the coffee orders will take 1-5 business days before our roasters are ready to ship them. Once shipped, it can take an additional 1-5 business days depending on the shipping location via standard ground shipping by USPS. All orders come with tracking information that we update your order with.
Returns
Coffee is a perishable product and cannot be returned. If you have any issues or errors please use our contact page to get in touch.

Reccomended Brewing Method(s).
For this coffee we reccomend using a pour over brewer. This method will create a clean cup with hints of cocoa. Our go to pour over brewer is the Hario V60.

Quick Tips.
1. Use the "Golden Ratio" or 1 gram of coffee to 15-18 grams of water.
2. Buy whole bean and grind to a consistency slightly finer than sea salt to bring out the nuanced flavors.
3. Don't forget the water tempature! For the best extraction your water should be 195-205 degrees F. You can use a kettle like this one or bring your water off the boil for a few minutes.
